MM Automation

MM-Automation stands for an integrated, progressive and visionary approach.

Industrial production is undergoing a period of transition. Not least due to digitization, previous technology leaps and the development of Industry 4.0 – a term which stands for the merger of IT and production technology. This development focuses on automation, on self-organized production. Not one single production step, but the entire value-creation chain is thus optimized. Due to this change, automation is gaining in additional relevance: as new production procedure as well as in optimization of existing productions.

Our various services are grouped around our core competence – industrial automation technology:

We offer modeling and execution of Virtual Commissioning (VC) as well as the procedure of Virtual Reverse Engineering (VRE). These procedures allow for the testing, modification and recalibration of automated production processes.

Roboter- / SPS-Programmierung

Roboter- / SPS-Programmierung

In the areas of robot programming as well as PLC and automation technology, we offer the following, independent of producers:

  • Robot programming: Simulation, offline programming, online programming, commissioning
  • Control technology / PLC programming: Visualization / HMI programming, fieldbus commissioning

As a partner enterprise of ABB, FANUC and Comau, we can offer a specific expertise.

Fortbildungen & Schulungen

Professional Development & Trainings

With the “Professional development 4.0” concept, we offer dedicated education and professional development programs.

There is a particular focus on the practical relevance – from practice for practice.

Individuelle Softwareentwicklung

Individual Software Development

Thanks to our technical expertise and the analysis of practical work processes, we identify optimization potentials in the fields of time, efficiency and profitability. We exploit these potentials by using new technologies and by developing the corresponding software.
